This day and every way we give thanks
For life and the Lord who gives it
For joys of family and friends to share it
For our exceptional nation, we cherish it
For warriors of freedom fighting to keep it
Today let’s rejoice in thanks,
For the music that makes our feet dance
For our safe homes, it’s not by chance
For cool rain and warm sun for our plants
For a child’s sweet eyes, giggles and loving glance
This day we shout our many thanks
