endorsements made at the SDCounty CRA,
April 14, 2010, endorsing meeting. Delegates
participated fromfive San Diego County CRA
units with Senate District Director, Frank Hilliker
presiding. Candidates must receive at least a two-thirds vote for
endorsement.
